I love Jicama!! This is one of my favourite salads– super easy, light, fresh & yummy!

Jicama Salad

Jicama Salad:

1/2 Large Jicama

1/2 Cucumber

1/2 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper

1/4 to 1/2 Red Onion

1 Lime (juice of)

1 to 2 tsp Olive Oil

pinches of salt & pepper to taste

— dice all ingredients, mix olive oil & lime juice into salad, add a few pinches of salt & pepper. Enjoy!

There are many ways to get healthy food into your diet and you don’t need to go to the extreme to do it!!! Today I give you a few ideas on how to go about transitioning to a raw food diet, or even just a healthier diet.

How To Transition To A Raw & Healthy Diet, Ep64

Today’s Food:

4 bananas

1 papaya

1 melon

3 cups green smoothie (1/2 bunch kale, bananas, blueberries, dulse, hemp seeds)

1 pint raspberries

1 large green salad (romaine, bok choy, sprouts, celery, onion, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, kelp, cetic sea salt)

3 dates


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
