Here is a quick & easy recipe I love!! I have this for either breakfast or lunch– a savory chia seed recipe, you can call it a pudding but it’s not sweet and it very filling and definitely hits the spot!!!
Chia seeds are high in Omega 3 and calcium and should be part of everyones diet!!! Easy to digest and can actually releive people of chronic bowel disorder and constipation. Chia seeds are indeed a super food!!! 🙂 Enjoy!! The Recipe is below!
