So how did I go raw? Well, today I talk about how I transitioned to a 100% raw vegan diet and also some of the conditions I reversed just by changing the food I was eating!! For years I suffered from acne and couldn’t find a single thing to clear it up– until I got into raw foods. In just a few weeks my skin transformed!!! Can you imagine, something as simple as that!!!

Today’s Food:
1 litre green smoothie (kale, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)
2 bananas
1/2 pint blueberries
1 Cup raspberries
2 Tbsp hemps seeds
3 Tbsp raw honey
1 cantalope melon
1 honeydew melon
1 large green salad (romaine lettuce, wild greens, cauliflower, red pepper, red onion, celery, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding
1 hour running
