Learn what foods to eat and what foods to avoid to prevent sun burn, prickly heat, heat rashes, etc.. Also learn what sunscreen I recommend and other tips to avoid sun damage– the sun is our friend, we need sun for vitamin D, but too much sun is not a good thing!!
Place all ingredients in a glass jar or bowl and either place in a dehydrator (at 105 degrees for an hour or so– until melted), or heat water in a pot on the stove (not boiling, but hot), place ingredients in a tall glass jar and place jar in shallow water until oil has melted. Then place the glass jar with melted oil in the refrigerator for an hour until contents are solid. Remove from refrigerator and put a lid on jar. Cream is ready to use!!
My favorite Green Smoothie!!! My top priority every day is to get as much greens into my diet as possible. I love green smoothies because they taste like fruit smoothies but have greens added in— that means even more vitamins & minerals, and much more protein as well.
Many days I will make an entire blender full of green smoothie (at least a litre) and drink it for my breakfast and lunch. It gives me such great energy, keeps me satisfied and super hydrated.
