Yesterday someone posted a comment on one of my videos asking if I ever get mad!!! Of course I get mad, I even get upset too!! And I even have moments where I get annoyed, angry, frustrated, sad, bored, anxious, stressed, etc.. That’s part of being human, all these emotions come with the package!!
I find with as much information out there about being healthy, a lot of times in the raw food movement there is so much emphasis on the food and people forget that our emotional wellbeing is just as important, if not even more important than the actual food we eat. If we want to thrive and be super healthy, we’ve got to be super happy too!
I’ve mentioned a few times that I’ve been doing Bikram Yoga. I Love Bikram Yoga!! I used to do it 8 years ago, and then suddenly stopped!! So since January, I’m back, and honestly, I feel like i never stopped 🙂
Over the past few months I’ve received a few questions and requests to talk about the Raw Food Diet & Bikram Yoga, and since right now I’m doing a 30 Day Bikram Yoga Challenge, I thought it would be perfect timing to talk about it and how much raw food & yoga complement each other!!
