Fresh Aloe Vera & Orange Juice Recipe, Ep30

Aloe Vera is fantastic for our health– it is full of enzymes, minerals, polysaccharides, and vitamins. If you want to alkalinize you body, have great digestive health and even remove inflammation, I highly suggest adding aloe into your diet. Today’s episode I show you how to fillet fresh Aloe and make a simple Aloe Vera Orange Juice.

Fresh Aloe Vera & Orange Juice

1 Cup freshly squeezed orange juice (approx.2 oranges)

1 inche fresh aloe vera gel (fillet from the plant)

–Blend ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.

10 Cups green juice (kale, cucumber, mango, pineapple, celery, blueberries)

1.5 Cups orange & aloe vera juice

1/2 Cup coconut water kefir

1 cantaloupe

2 mangos

1 large salade (romaine lettuce, celery, tomatoes, orange bell pepper, red onion, avocado, lemon, dulse)

cacao & berry treat (mesquite, cacao powder, stevia, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)

honey

Vanilla Watermelon Slushie Recipe & How To Make Vanilla Powder, Ep25

In today’s episode I show you how to make my favorite summer time slushie. This is the ultimate beverage after a workout or on a hot summer day— Vanilla Watermelon Slushie— Yum!!!! Along with demonstrating how to make the slushie, I also show you how to make Vanilla Powder and other things you can do with those precious Vanilla Beans.

Vanilla Watermelon Slushie

3-4 Cups Watermelon

14 ice cubes

1/4 – 1/2 lime (peeled)

1/16 tsp green stevia

1/16 – 1/8 tsp vanilla powder

—-Blend all ingredients in a blender until ice is crushed into a slush consistency.

5 Cups cherries

6 bananas

1/4 watermelon

1 Cup watermelon slushie (watermelon, lime, vanilla bean)

Raw Food Recipe-Vegetable Nori Rolls, Ep18

Today I have a treat for you! But first I just want to thank everyone who left words of encouragement regarding yesterday’s video on my frustration with my weight loss. I really really appreciate all the comments left on the blog, youtube and emailed to me— it really lifted my spirit and helped me to put my discouragement aside and continue on, no matter what!

So as a gift back to you, today I’ve done a little demo on my favorite lunch recipe– super fast & easy, Vegetable Nori Rolls. Below is the recipe and video demo.

NoriRolls

Vegetable Nori Rolls

Raw Nori sheets

Romaine Lettuce

Sprouts

Avocado

Red Bell Pepper

Cherry Tomatoes

Green Onions

Celtic Sea Salt

(you can also include julienned carrots, snow peas, cucumber, red onion, celery, etc..)

1 Watermelon & Lemon Smoothie

4 Vegetable Nori Rolls (nori, sprouts, lettuce, onion, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, celtic sea salt)

1 Cup green smoothie (persimmon, blueberries, spinach)

mesquite/cacao treat (mesquite, cacao powder, stevia, coconut oil, tahini)

Today’s episode is all about Probiotics and how to make my favorite– Coconut Water Kefir and Coconut Yogurt— super yum and super simple. I show you different ways of making these cultured foods that is cheap and simple to make. I’ve been drinking kefir for years and have noticed a major difference in my skin and especially my digestion.
