Today’s episode I show you how to fillet fresh Aloe and make a simple Aloe Vera Orange Juice.

Fresh Aloe Vera & Orange Juice
1 Cup freshly squeezed orange juice (approx.2 oranges)
1 inche fresh aloe vera gel (fillet from the plant)
–Blend ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
10 Cups green juice (kale, cucumber, mango, pineapple, celery, blueberries)
1.5 Cups orange & aloe vera juice
1/2 Cup coconut water kefir
2.5 hours bike riding
1/2 hour weights
