Over the last few months my raw food diet has changed quite dramatically and I’ve been really enjoying all the benefits from it!!! So today I share with you about my experiements with different variations of the raw vegan diet– what worked for me, what didn’t and what I’m doing now!
I’ve seen many people beat themselves up over falling off their diet– it may be a meal or it may turn into a complete bender! It happens, no one is perfect and we have to remind ourselves because there is nothing worse than falling off your healthy diet and then on top of it getting upset with yourself.
I believe that the feeling of guilt, shame and putting yourself down is way worse than the actual food itself!
I’ve been asked many times if I have ever fallen off the raw food path– and yes, there was a point in my raw food journey where I took the cooked junk food path. It was a short detour, but something I needed to do and experience, and I have absolutely no regrets.
Check out today’s episode to find out what happened and why.
I mentioned on Friday that there was something inside me on an emotional level that is holding on to that extra weight. Well, over the weekend I realized what it is– and I am soooooooooooooooooo excited to share it with you.
It’s a breakthrough for me and I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next!!!!
I am super excited to announce a 10 Day Juice Feasting Group that I will be hosting & supporting from October 1-10, 2009.
Also, in today’s video I mentioned Revvell, who is just awesome and has inspired me in so many ways. You can find out more about her fantastic podcasts on raw food and personal development by clicking here
I am always asked to describe what I eat in a typical day. Everyone is always curious how raw fooders survive and what is the secret behind their youthful glow. Well, if you follow my blog (apart from the past 8 day where I’ve been on a juice feast/liquid diet), I usually post what I eat. So today I talk about my diet and what works for me and what doesn’t.
