Happy Monday!!!
Well, I had my weigh-in on Sunday, and yes I’ve lost some weight!! Infact I’ve lost 9lbs in total since June 1!!!!! Yay!!!!! As much as I’d love to just press a button and have my extra weight miraculously disappear, I am happy with my progress. My efforts are paying off!
I did go through an interesting thing though— which could have been a disaster— I was getting ready to go to a party on Saturday night, and my clothes didn’t fit!!! I did something I have never done before…. check out today’s episode to find out!!!!

2 mangos
5 strawberries
5 bananas
1 huge kale salad with tahini dressing (tahini, tamari(raw, wheat-free, non-gmo, organic), apple cider vinegar, garlic, lemon,
1/2 C sunflower seeds
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding
