  1. It is useful video. I believe that raw diet has many benefits than any falls so it is just in how much quantity you have to lose weight.

  2. Hi Natasha I’m so happy I came across your site. I am 43 I am 55 pounds over weight and have gained over last 4 years always size 4 to 6 I’m 5″ 10 and am tired and addicted to junk food sugar but also fried processed starchy foods and salt addiction is out of control. I also have a daughter 14 who I believe has insulin resistance. She has all the sympthims. I need to help her and I thinknthatnwill b my motivation to do this I would love to transition my entire family to a 100 percent raw food diet. And I feel you are giving me a start. I need to help my daughterbshe the dark underarms dark neck overweight and irregular periods. I do not want her condition to go into diabetes so my reaction is urgent. Is there any advice you can give me for my daughternshe is so young and beautiful but she needs to feel better. Please help

  3. Nice one here! I really like your video because it simply teaches us what raw food diet can do to us. I believe they are effective type of plan because you are able to consume the natural fibers which is good on sweeping away the excess fats and toxins on your body.
