Jicama Salad Recipe, Ep332

I love Jicama!! This is one of my favourite salads– super easy, light, fresh & yummy!

Jicama Salad

Jicama Salad:

1/2 Large Jicama

1/2 Cucumber

1/2 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper

1/4 to 1/2 Red Onion

1 Lime (juice of)

1 to 2 tsp Olive Oil

pinches of salt & pepper to taste

— dice all ingredients, mix olive oil & lime juice into salad, add a few pinches of salt & pepper. Enjoy!

    Here in Norway it`s impossible to get Jicama but I`ll try rutabaga or sweet potato.
    The last month I`ve gone from 100% raw to 70% and I really needed your motivation speech on this video today !

  4. Good salad Natasha, I made one today. I am going to add some avocado to the next one and use about half again as much onion as the first one, that is, a quarter of an onion total.

  5. Hey guys I have a question me and my daughter started about 2 days after u guys but going strong. I want to know is everyone having regular eliminations and I would love to hear about the weight loss for some of u as of today. I have a two fold purpose for doing this fast, to feel better and to lose weight. I am feeling more energetic than yesterday and it’s seems my brain fog is lifting lol although very emotional. So glad I am participating. Please let me know about your weight loss I am very interested to know and hang in there we r all winners!!!!!

After “wanting” to try eating jicama for over a year- your video inspired me to “just do it”, and I sliced and diced and put it in the fridge- after taking 1 big bite to know it was awesome…. and we had it for lunch and it WAS awesome… Thank you so much… I did it without measuring and being obsessive, and I put a bit more lime juice at the table… This will be in my House Cookbook and made often- thank you glad I stumbled into your video and to your site.
