Saw a few of your videos on YouTube. Good stuff. I’m not the least bit interested in losing weight… I actually teach guys how to GAIN weight. But since gaining a lot of muscle weight requires high calories and animal proteins I’m looking into different detox programs. And your blog has been really helpful.
