Here’s a great smoothie recipe for long-term energy! Super Yum!

Energy Smoothie

2 Bananas

4 or 5 fresh figs (or 2 dried figs, soaked in water for 20 minutes)

1 or 2 tbsps flax (soaked in 1/4 C water for 20-60 minutes

1/4 C water (optional)

-put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
