  2. Do you have any suggestions if you have mild, low bloodsugar issues? I tried a 10-day juice fast once years ago, and it was radical, deep cleansing, but I had to get creative and “juice” a bean mixture for some protein. I juiced together organic lentil soup, red kidney beans, fresh tomato, onion, garlic, parsley, squash, carrot,(just whatever I had – I’m sure I had a green in there) cayenne and cumin. It seemed to work. I had that in combination with the regular juice recipes. I figured it was better than nothing, and better than passing out. 🙂 But if you have any recommendations, that would be great.

  3. hey natasha ! i,m 20 and i was just diagnosed with pcos two days back . The last two days have been awful until i saw your video on youtube . it was very inspiring and gave me alot of hope specially after two whole days of searching on pcos and just like you not finding anyone who had reversed it . my doctor was even giving me birth control pills but i said if this is due to weight then i would rather loose weight and after that he cancelled those pills and asked me to loose 10 pounds and meet him after 3 months . so i guess i,m all set for a whole new mission to accomplish in my life with you certainly as a role model . however i have a few questions as i,m confused about a few things because this month i came in my periods exactly after a month at the right time but its just that the flow has decreased and there are a few other things to which i wanted to ask you . i would really be extremely thankful if you could get back to me as i really need your guidance and it would really make a big difference .

  5. I love your videos and your site!! I have just started an extended fast and plan to be on it for at least 50 days. Is it okay to use a superfood like Spirulina powder without compromising the integrity of the juice fast?
