  1. hi natasha!
i am interested in taking your juice fast beginning on sept; however, i have been suffering from post concussion syndrome for about 11mons. I have been trying so many things to heal and try to regain normal life functioning but have suffered a few severe set backs. So you think this juice fast would be safe for me?

    thanks!

  2. I wash my hair about once a week and a half with Dr. Bonner’s… lavander or roses… it is the only soap that doesn’t damage my hair… I have to find a nice conditionner though. Also, before washing my hair… maybe once a month, I put some coconut oil on my hair and wrap them in a towel…. do a lot of good.

    Thank you for your show

  3. Hi Natasha,
I found a raw hair stylist and her products are AMAZING!!!! My hair is the opposite of yours- thin, but she has different products. I have never used any product like this before, my hair feels incredible!!! It is finally healthy after years!! She started doing raw hair because her husband got cancer. She hired a chemist and her products are 100% organic and chemical free- you can even eat them (not that you’d want to- haha) You can check out her products and read her story here- http://www.rawhairorganics.com I just completed your 7 day raw food challange and was having a lot of problems with acne. I’ve stayed raw and am still following your menus and i’m so happy to say my face is starting to feel amazing!!! I’ve documented it with pictures and when it all clears up I will email you the results. I am so thankful to you, I can’t tell you enough!! 🙂

  4. Natasha, i wash my hair with the following mix:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbl spoon of honey + 50 ml of brandy + 4 tbl spoon of water. Mix everything in a blender, add 3 drops of essential oil which is good for your type of hair.

I apply this mix to dry hair, put on thin plastic cap and wrap them in a towel. Leave of 2 hrs and then wash out, at the end with cold water. It works great for my hair. May be will be good for yours as well.

Thanks for your blog! Good luck!

  5. Hi Natasha,

I loved your website about the diet and health and skin…you are swesome. I always had to fight with acne myself and finaly I realized exactly the same thing as you discovered. The miracle of the natural Food and saying goodbye to junk food:)

Anyways, your videos are great and I found them so simple and easy to understand as well.

    Take care

You give the greatest advice ever! I have been washing my hair at least once a day and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day- I like to be clean! Now I am on my 5th day of just rinsing my hair- I sometimes wash a little bit on the front bangs. My hair actually is starting to have some body and color. I used all kinds of products to pump it up, little did I know that I was washing the life out of it. Thanks again for great tips on good healthy habits. You are amazing!
