Sprouted Buckwheat Salad

1  1/2 Cups Buckwheat (soaked and sprouted- click here to see how to soak & sprout)

1 Cup Sunflower Seeds (soaked in water 8 hours)

1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)

1/2 Cup Tomato (diced)

1/4 Cup Cilantro (chopped)

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 Lemon (juice of)

1 Tbsp Garlic (crushed)

Celtic Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste.

-Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

  1. This looks amazing! I’m quite new to sprouting and trying to use what’s in my cabinet before stuffing my cabinet with more food! Starting with quinoa. I love how you use a fine mesh strainer instead of a jar because my kitchen isn’t huge. Having a multipurpose strainer is so much better & prevents mold. Brilliant.
