I’ve mentioned a few times that I’ve been doing Bikram Yoga. I Love Bikram Yoga!! I used to do it 8 years ago, and then suddenly stopped!! So since January, I’m back, and honestly, I feel like i never stopped 🙂

Over the past few months I’ve received a few questions and requests to talk about the Raw Food Diet & Bikram Yoga, and since right now I’m doing a 30 Day Bikram Yoga Challenge, I thought it would be perfect timing to talk about it and how much raw food & yoga complement each other!!

  1. Hi Natasha, thanks for information on Bikram Yoga. There is not a yoga studio in my area that offers this, do you have any suggestions on how I can do this? Is this something you can do on your own? Any DVD’s that you can recommend? Thanks a lot!

  2. You have reminded me that it’s time for me to do another juice fast. I’ve done some very long juice fasts in the past, but these days I like to stick to around 3 days. It’s what works for me at this point in my life. Greens with a dash of lemon and my favorite.
