  1. Hi Natasha,
I watch your clips each time. You are an amaizing person. I like it that you are so healthy! I have a few guestion about nutrition.
My problem is blackheads and whiteheads. I have many of them on my face. Do you think eating healthy can help me to get rid of it?

I try to eat vegetables and I eat a lot of fruit but I also eat some cooked foods. I try to make healthy choices but not always. It is hard! I wonder what do you usually eat? For example for lunch, dinner? Do you have a web-side with your menu?

What do you think about Oatmeal? Is it good to eat oatmeal while having clogt pores? I know you did not recomand wheat products. What could I use insted?

If you could help! Thank you so much!!!

  2. Hi Natasha,

It is so delightful to know how well you manage the raw food diet in your climate. So many people use climate as an excuse to not adopt a raw food lifestyle or even to incorporate more raw foods in the diet.

I’d love to invite you to visit my blog. In particular, you might like to add some insights to my article “Warming Raw Foods.” It would be wonderful to have your energy at by blog. http://joyfulchoices.com/2009/07/warming-raw-foods/

Please keep up the good work. You’re very motivating for those wanting to start or maintain a raw food diet.
