Its cold here in Montreal, I mean really cold!!! I have to say, even though its cold here, I don’t crave cooked food and in fact I feel healthy and warm on my raw foods. I do have some tricks though and I find it to be very important to eat nutrient dense food, especially in the winter. It makes all the difference,

    I watch your clips each time. You are an amaizing person. I like it that you are so healthy! I have a few guestion about nutrition.
    My problem is blackheads and whiteheads. I have many of them on my face. Do you think eating healthy can help me to get rid of it?

    I try to eat vegetables and I eat a lot of fruit but I also eat some cooked foods. I try to make healthy choices but not always. It is hard! I wonder what do you usually eat? For example for lunch, dinner? Do you have a web-side with your menu?

    What do you think about Oatmeal? Is it good to eat oatmeal while having clogt pores? I know you did not recomand wheat products. What could I use insted?

    It is so delightful to know how well you manage the raw food diet in your climate. So many people use climate as an excuse to not adopt a raw food lifestyle or even to incorporate more raw foods in the diet.
