Over the weekend I realized that this New Year coming up is not only a new year, but we are heading into a fresh new decade!! How exciting is that??!! I’ve also been receiving a lot of emails recently asking me to talk about how I quit smoking. So in spirit of ending the year off in victory (hint hint), today I share my experience of overcoming one of the hardest addictions out there. If I can do it, anyone can!! Also, this info is about how I quit smoking but you can use it for any addiction from addictions to coffee, sugar, drugs, booze, etc… addictions are addictions, they come in all forms but they all do the exact same thing, they control us and take away our self respect and quality of life.

    I’ve been watching your videos for a month or so now and I’m really enjoying them. I’m learning a lot! I have a couple of questions though. Is Bragg Liquid Aminos “aloud” on the raw food diet? Are there any books on raw food that you would recommend?

  2. This is a great show, what an insight! Very interesting about carrying your cigs with you, even though you decided not to smoke any more. It is all about choices, totally agree with you there!
    Well, my father quit smoking after 40 or so years, cold turkey like you and has been off the bad habit for about over a year. Congratulations to you on succeeding with sg so monumentally important for your health!
