I’ve seen many people beat themselves up over falling off their diet– it may be a meal or it may turn into a complete bender! It happens, no one is perfect and we have to remind ourselves because there is nothing worse than falling off your healthy diet and then on top of it getting upset with yourself.
I believe that the feeling of guilt, shame and putting yourself down is way worse than the actual food itself!
I’ve been asked many times if I have ever fallen off the raw food path– and yes, there was a point in my raw food journey where I took the cooked junk food path. It was a short detour, but something I needed to do and experience, and I have absolutely no regrets.
