Happy October 1st everyone!!! You know how much I LOVE starting a new month :). Today is day number 1 of our 10 Day Juice Feast!! The energy of the group is absolutely amazing, I am soooooooo happy!!!!! So onto today’s episode! I received an email this morning asking me about the amount of calories in smoothies that I decided to base today’s episode on diet tips and how to lower the calories in your meals. I am all about finding ways of eating your favorite foods and dishes and not having it pile on your waist-line!
