Weight Loss Breakthrough!, Ep71

I mentioned on Friday that there was something inside me on an emotional level that is holding on to that extra weight. Well, over the weekend I realized what it is– and I am soooooooooooooooooo excited to share it with you.

It’s a breakthrough for me and I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next!!!!

Today’s Food:

3 Cups Green Juice (1/3 bunch Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Pear, Coconut Water)

4 Cups Green Smoothie (1/2 bunch Kale, Bananas, Blueberries, Hemp Seeds, Dulse)

Meat of 1 Coconut

1.5 pints Blueberries

1 Salad (1 head Romaine, Sprouts, Onion, Tomatoes, Celery, Avocado, Lemon)

1/2 Cup Coconut Water Kefir

Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

  2. I signed up last night to do the feast I’m nervous and excited. They funny thing is I signed up and didn’t tell anyone. My sister called me this afternoon to tell me about the juice feast because she wants to do it too. It will be great to do it together.
    Great post, as usual Natasha. You blog is very inspirational. Glad to hear about your awesome breakthrough. The great thing about you is that whenever something good happens in your life you are quick to give back and try to help as many people as you can.We need more people like you in the world!

    Wonderful Joanne!! Oh yes do I know self sabotage– he’s an old dear friend of mine!!!! But that’s it, we create our realities, and what kind of life do we want? We have to take life as far as it can go:) I am so excited for October’s Juice Feast– can’t wait to see what’s going to happen!

  5. I can see that your food is not only tasty but real healthy by using hemp seeds and coconut which are considered to be the healthiest food today. With these, people are sure to benefit balanced profile of Omega 3, 6 & 9 to match the body’s requirements. Hemp is high in fiber and coconut comprises 50% of lauric acid which promotes healthy metabolism. Both are good for weight loss. Very good recipe. Thanks for sharing!
