Thats all good if you don’t regret it come Monday!! If you really want to stick with your diet and get the benefits of doing so, I’ve got some tips for you!!!

  1. Natasha,
that was just brilliant and very exciting! I did go once to a party with some friends I have not met for a while. They were so surprised, because I lost a ton of weight and did that whole party only eating my raw salad, some watermelon slushi I made for everyone and did not even feel like looking at the food that before i would just go for, no matter what the consequences would have been.
You can all shine, let me tell you, it is possible, and it does really start from the inside!!!!!
Way to go, raw radiant Natasha!

Everything does start from the inside!— You are an inspiration to MANY!!!
    Big hugs
    Natasha

  3. I totally understand what you are saying. I love that finally someone is speaking the truth! You MUST feel good about yourself. So, if that means doing your hair, shaving or not shaving your legs, doing your nails, working out, or cleaning your house.. DO IT! strive to do things that make you feel good to be who and where you are!

Currently, though, I am still too new and fragile. I need to stay at home and get my self on a routine. Not venture out of my comfort zone. I am working out, eating right, and I just want to be left alone for the most part until I get into a good groove.

BIG HUGS back to you Natasha!!!
