Today’s Food:

2 Cantaloupes

1 Honeydew Melon

4 bananas

1/2 cup blackberries

3 cups Green Smoothie (1 head kale, bananas, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)

1 large salad (1 head romaine, onion, celery, red pepper, tomato, avocado, lemon, pepper, celtic sea salt)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

  1. Because I work early mornings, 5/6a, I stop eating at around 6p every night and it helps me sooo much. Not only do I feel/look better, but I have way more energy in the morning because my body had time to repair itself while I was sleeping, rather than digesting my meal. 🙂
