What’s an easy way to lose a few pounds or get rid of bloat and water retention– easy, drinking water!! We often forget, or in my case, I can be too lazy to drink extra water– but the benefits are far beyond the extra effort it takes to fill the water jar. So today’s episode is all about water, the benefits of being hydrated and also what the best water we should be drinking– filtered or spring water?

Today’s Food:

8oz green juice (kale, cucumber, red pepper, celery, apple)

2 Cups cherries

5 bananas

2 mangos

1 large salad (romain, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, dulse)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

    So was wondering where do you get this water in glass bottles?? I would sure like to buy some for us..
    I have actually a contact from the meetup site who would be able to get us access to spring water, I am going to organize some pick ups to that location.
