  1. Great Video! I don’t know how you feel about colon hydrotherapy but Matt Monarch has said once you hit a plateau it might mean you need to clean out your colon to help facilitate a deeper level of healing for the body (weightloss)….thanks so much for your great videos, your inspiring me! Namaste, Elaina p.s. Also look into deep breathing like breath of fire!!!!

  2. @Elaina
Thank You sooo much Elaina for all your advice!! I really appreciate it. When I get some free time, I’ll do a little search on the internet about the breathing exercising!!! Thanx so much!

  3. When I shared my typical vegan diet with my personal trainer, she applauded me for my clean lifestyle, but suggested that I add more protein to my diet, especially when working out.

I followed her suggestion, by adding a small scoop of homemade hummus to my salads and having 15-20 raw almonds with my mid morning and mid afternoon whole fruit snacks. The added protein worked. Since, I have been dropping about 2 lbs a week.

She also told me that we need to pump up the volume of our workouts every 4-6 weeks, so that our bodies will not get used to the routine. That’s the science behind P90X and other hardcore fitness programs.

Your videos are inspiring & thought provoking. Thank you for sharing your journey.

    Good luck to you.

Awesome Sue!!! This past week I’ve started an experiment of actually adding a little more fat into my diet (from avocado, seeds & nuts) and I’m seeing a huge difference– I’ll be talking about this in upcoming videos next week. In all, as you said, we have to keep shaking this up and trying different things. I love the idea of pumping up our workouts and also changing things around every month or two– it makes perfect sense. I love hardcore workouts!!!
Thanks Sue for your comments and sharing your experience, Awesome & much appreciated!!

  5. Hi Natasha, this makes total sense and I can totally relate. I look forward to seeing how it goes for you!
