Happy Monday Everyone!!!
Well today I had my weigh in and yes I lost a pound!!! I was hoping for more weight loss and after looking over my patterns and habits, I’ve decided that its time to change things around and perhaps this will strengthen my weight loss motivation, keep me on track and help me shed even more weight!
4 Cups cherries
2 large salads (romaine, sproutes, bok choy, cauliflower, celery, red pepper, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)
2.5 hours bike riding
