Today’s Food:

4 Cups cherries

2 Cups watermeon

1 cantaloupe

2 mangos

1 large salade (romaine lettuce, celery, tomatoes, orange bell pepper, red onion, avocado, lemon, dulse)

cacao & berry treat (mesquite, cacao powder, stevia, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

  1. Exactly. Recipes come in soooooo handy, especially for people who are challenged in the “putting sg yummy together just by adding a bit of this and a bit of that”.
    I love my recipes and we have about 10 that we just swear by, and sometimes we rotate too.
