Today’s Food:

(I’m still on my juice fast, so I will just list the ingredients)

(16 cups / 128 oz of juice)

cucumbers, tomatoes, kale, bok choy, parsley, basil, garlic, yellow bell pepper, celery, beet, pineapple, melon, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, papaya, mango, grapes

1/2 C Coconut water kefir

Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

    great, great, great show! Totally agree with you on everything. Scarcity feeling just creates urges that are harder to control! Our natural instinct is to go towards things that are forbidden. So true, that you need to be prepared and have things ready.
    I was wondering if you could do a show, later after your juice fast, on how to make crackers with chia seeds, salty ones too. Listening to Daniel Vitalis on the Raw Mom Summit, I am thinking on cutting back on flax.

    Thanks so much Ildiko for checking out the videos!! Yes Chia seeds are definitely the way to go. I actually prefer them over flax, especially in crackers. So yes, I’ll put together a video on some yummy Chia crackers. Thanks so much for the suggestion, love it!!
    I didn’t get to catch Daniel Vitalis’ interview on the Raw Mom Summit, but I’ve heard him speak before about estrogenic foods (flax being one of them), which i agree that we should limit them. I also find flax to be extremely delicate to work with and has the potential to go rancid VERY easily, especially the oil and when the seeds are ground, that I prefer not to use them very often, chia seed is a much better option and completely stable.
