Happy Summer Solstice Everyone!!!

Ah, I love new beginnings, especially new seasons!!! This is the time to re-determine and re-inspire!! I’ve decided to use this time to really move forward and do the things that make me feel alive and happy! I think now is the perfect time to set goals for the summer and for the remainder of the year. To kick off Summer (my favorite season of the year), I’ve decided to do a juice fast. In today’s episode I talk all about it, plus my weight loss progress… yesterday was weigh-in and oh boy do I have a surprise for you!!!!!

Today’s Food:

Juice Juice Juice– 128 oz / 16 cups of juice

(Since I’m on a juice fast) I’ll just list the different ingredients I juice throughout the day:

cucumbers, wild greens, kale, cantaloupe, celery, watermelon, oranges, grapes, mangos, blueberries, blackberries, aloe vera

4 oz / 1/2 Cup coconut water kefir


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike ride

  1. Reading your food log below the videos clearly shows me I eat TOO LITTLE and maybe thats why its so hard to stay raw! I get soooo famished!!
