Today’s Food:

1 litre green smoothie (wild greens, spirulina, cherimoya, honeydew melon, banana, mango)

6 bananas

5 Cups cherries

3 Cups watermelon


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

40 minutes running
