I am proud to report that I have been steadily losing the weight!!!! In today’s episode I talk about my weight loss progress and some of the things that help keep me on track.
I also bought a cherimoya today at the fruit market– this is a rarity up here in Canada!!! It reminded me about the importance of having fun with food, shaking up the routine and trying new things. Health and weight loss can be fresh and exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

16oz green juice (spinach, cucumbers, radish, zucchini, apple)
3 mangos
6 bananas
1/2 pint blueberries
3 Cups watermelon
6 figs
4 dates
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding
