Today I’ve posted the very first episode of my raw vegan weight loss adventure!!! I talk about how I packed on the weight and how exciting this is to get started!!!

Today’s food:

16oz green juice (cucumber, celery, nettles, apple, strawberries)

3 Cups grapes

3 Cups cherries

5 bananas

2C tomato/basil soup (tomato, cucumber, red pepper, basil, spinach, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon, celtic sea salt, cayenne pepper )

1large salad (romaine lettuce, baby salad greens, grape tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, celery, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)

Today’s Exercise:

1 hour running
