2C tomato/basil soup (tomato, cucumber, red pepper, basil, spinach, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon, celtic sea salt, cayenne pepper )
1large salad (romaine lettuce, baby salad greens, grape tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, celery, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)
