Low-Fat Lemon Romaine Salad

1 head Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
1 cup Sunflower Sprouts
1 cup Cauliflower (chopped)
2 stalks Celery (diced)
1/3 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 cup Grape/Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
1/4 Red Onion (thinnly sliced)
1/4 Avocado (cubed)
1/2 Lemon (juice of)
pinches of Celtic Sea Salt
1/16 tsp Kelp Powder (optional)
--Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage avocado into the lettuce and vegetables.
