1/4 large watermelon
2 mangos
6 mangosteens
1/2 papaya
2 large salades (romaine lettuce, sprouts, bok choy, celery, red onion, broccoli, red bell pepper, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, kelp)
3 tbsp tahini & honey
Today Exercise:
1 hour running
2.5 hours bike riding
