Yes, its been a while since I updated everyone on my weight loss progress. So today I talk about how everything is going and share a few tips as well!!!
Well today I had my weigh in and yes I lost a pound!!! I was hoping for more weight loss and after looking over my patterns and habits, I’ve decided that its time to change things around and perhaps this will strengthen my weight loss motivation, keep me on track and help me shed even more weight!
Today I had my weigh-in and the scale isn’t moving!!!! Its time for me to tweak my approach. I did great all week, but once the weekend came around, everything flew out the window and I was eating my favorite honey & tahini late night right before bed. And well, whatever weight that came off last week, crept back on over the weekend!! So its time for me to be consistent. Today I talk about looking at our diet in a bigger picture and the importance of giving our all in our weight loss journey, because the reality is, the weight loss isn’t going to be forever. Once we lose the weight, its gone and we can move on!!!
So yesterday I had my weigh-in. I gained a pound!!!! I realized that stress and pressure do not go hand-in-hand with weight loss. We must have fun in the process in order to ensure the best results!!!
Today I had my weigh-in and to be honest, I was soooo frustrated with my results!! I got the tape measure out as well to take my measurements– the scale won’t move, but again this week I’ve lost a few inches!!!! (check out ‘Weight Loss Progress Page on my blog– I’ve updated my weekly measurements and weigh-in). Despite the fact that the scale didn’t move much this week, I realized I need to gain perspective on the overall process– its now been a month and I have lost 9 pounds in total and 3 to 4 inches off my overall physique– that is fantastic!!!!
So today’s episode is about my weigh-in, my reaction and what I did to help me move forward and continue. The whole weight loss journey is full of ups and downs, but what is most important is to never give up.
