It’s been a while that I’ve done a video!! I’m back in Beautiful Bali, but I have a terrible cold– bronchitis & sinus infection that just won’t let up!! I hope to be getting better soon! :)

8oz green juice (kale, cucumber, red pepper, celery, apple)

2 Cups cherries

5 bananas

2 mangos

1 large salad (romain, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, dulse)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
