September 17th, 2009 Natasha No comments

Yesterday I talked about supplements, today I talk about ‘Superfoods!!’ I get a lot of emails asking me what my opinion is on superfoods– are they really that great?!!!! I don’t necessarily believe that superfoods have supernatural nutritional power– but I do believe there is a place for them in a healthy diet. They offer variety and can help people transition to raw. Whatever you are doing that helps you continue eating healthy food— continue doing it!!

So, check out today’s video and you’ll hear about what I think of superfoods, what I recommend to my coaching clients, how to eat them, etc..
