In spirit of Friday, I decided to base today’s episode on how to stay on your diet. I know weekends can be a little tricky for those who want to stay on their diet but suddenly the parties, get-togethers, and the weekend getaways come along and it can sometimes be hard to resist the temptation of a little junk food splurge here and there. Thats all good if you don’t regret it come Monday!! If you really want to stick with your diet and get the benefits of doing so, I’ve got some tips for you!!!
So I’ve been asked if raw foodists drink alcohol, and if so, what kind? Well, if you are on a raw food diet you can drink wine, and some do, and some don’t!!! Me personally, I hardly drink– but… that doesn’t mean I don’t go out. I still go to parties, to bars, to night clubs, and my friends all drink!! I still have a great time (in fact I probably have an even better time because I remember everything and wake up the next morning with no hangover and clear as can be!!). So from my experience over the years of being social and not drinking, I’ve come up with many creative ways of dealing with social situations and pressures to drink and how to get around it that you can still go out and have fun, minus the hangover!
So today I received an interesting email, I loved the question!!! I was asked about finding the love of your life while on a raw food diet. As we all know, we eat very differently than majority of the population and what do we do when we are dating? What do we do if people judge us? Will Prince/Princess Charming love and adore us even if we are only eating raw fruits and vegetables? — I believe, Yes!!
Ever wonder how to talk to your friends and family about your raw food diet? Or what about socializing and going to restaurants? Well, today I talk all about that, plus also how to get people to support you on your diet and your decision to go raw.
