American Thanksgiving is coming up this week and that means a lot of socializing and a lot of food. Some of you may be having a Raw Thanksgiving, while other may be indulging in some cooked food treats! What To Do When People Criticize Or Don’t Support Your Diet?, Ep68

What to do when friends and family don’t support your raw food diet?? I have to say, if anyone is on a high raw food diet or a 100% raw food diet, at some point or another you will encounter someone who either completely opposes your diet or criticizes what you are doing. The funny thing I have noticed is the people you least expect to support you, are usually the ones who will encourage you the most, and the opposite– the people you think would really understand and gravitate towards what you are doing, may be the ones that give you the most resistance.

In all, no one likes change and when you get on a different diet, the people who are closest to you are affected as well. So what do you do?

Today’s Food:

4 bananas

1 papaya

1 melon

3 cups green smoothie (1/2 bunch kale, bananas, blueberries, dulse, hemp seeds)

1 pint raspberries

1 large green salad (romaine, bok choy, sprouts, celery, onion, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, kelp, cetic sea salt)

3 dates


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
