I’ve noticed that many times people put their health and happiness off for a later date because they are waiting for the perfect time in their life to get healthy– that day never comes and sometimes its only when someone gets real ill or real burned out that they finally make healthy changes in their lives. I know because I myself have done this numerous times!!

The only way anyone can make healthy changes in their lives and have long term results, is if they enjoy it– the food has to taste good, the exercise has to be fun and nothing can be too restrictive, time consumming or stresssful.

I am starting to feel winter! Today it’s cold and I also realized that with winter comes colds and flus. All over the media there is the swine flu scares and everyone is talking about immunity.

As you all know, I am a firm believer in natural health. I also strongly believe in taking responsibility for one’s health and that means doing all that you can to have a balanced lifestyle and take good care of yourself.
