I’ve been getting requests for raw food recipe demos and I am on a fast!!! But I did it, I put together my favorite Pesto for you all today!! I use this pesto on everything– as a dip, a salad dressing, a spread and even a sauce!! I love it! I put this recipe together without using any oil, it’s full of beautiful greens and creamy from the pine nuts– hits the spot especially as the weather is cooling down (at least on my side of the world!!). The recipe is posted down below.

So, our 10 Day Juice Fast is starting tomorrow, October 1!!! I can’t wait!!! If you haven’t signed-up yet, there is still time to join– I am keeping the doors open to sign-up until Thursday evening, as long as you stop eating and start juicing starting October 1st!!

I’ve put together an inter-active online forum for all juice fasters, private daily motivational & educational videos to keep everyone on track, and most importantly you’ll be getting the support you need to have a fun and successful fast. We’ve got such a diverse group, people from all over the world and for many it’s their first fast and others who are seasoned and experienced juice feasters– I know this is going to be so special. I feel so honored and lucky to have this opportunity to connect with everyone!!!

Healthy Low-Fat Salad Recipe, Ep52

To get the most out of the Raw Food Diet, you need to eat plenty of greens. The best way to get greens into your diet is through salads, but your salads have to be tasty in order for you to want to come back for more. My suggestion to everyone is to know how to make a few delicious salad dressings that you can either whip up in a matter of minutes or that you can make a big batch and store it in a glass jar in your refrigerator for a week– then whenever you’re hungry, you can prepare a fabulous salad in just minutes!!! Whatever you do, please stay away from any store-bought salad dressings, they are full of many unwanted ingredients including sugar, trans-fats, msg, chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, fillers, etc..

So, today I share with you my absolute favorite salad. I have this salad almost every single day!!! Its easy, low in fat, and made out of pure and fresh ingredients.

The recipe is below as well!
