2 Cups watermelon

1/2 head cauliflower & guacamole (avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon, celtic sea salt)

1 large salade (romaine, sprouts, onion, celery, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)

2 bananas

2 Cups green juice (kale, cucumber, apple, blueberries, celery, radish)

4 bananas

1 mango

1 Cup grapes

1 large salad (romine lettuce, sprouts, celery, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, lemon, dulse)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
