Reverse Receding Gums, Ep90

When I first went on a 100% raw vegan diet, one of my first benefits was reversing my receding gums. I had been scheduled to have my gums graphed in 4 areas of my mouth. I had one area done, but the experience was soooooooo painful, I kept putting off the other procedures. When I went on a raw food diet all the receding gum areas went back to normal within 2 months!! Amazing, I even went to see the dentist to confirm what I had noticed and I never had a problem since.

So today I talk about some of the things I have learned and done along the way to have strong dental health.

How I Transitioned To Raw Food & Reversing Acne, Depression and Receding Gums, Ep5

So how did I go raw? Well, today I talk about how I transitioned to a 100% raw vegan diet and also some of the conditions I reversed just by changing the food I was eating!! For years I suffered from acne and couldn’t find a single thing to clear it up– until I got into raw foods. In just a few weeks my skin transformed!!! Can you imagine, something as simple as that!!! 

 

How I Transitioned To Raw Food & Reversing Acne, Depression and Receding Gums

Today’s Food:

1 litre green smoothie (kale, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)

2 bananas

1/2 pint blueberries

1 Cup raspberries

2 Tbsp hemps seeds

3 Tbsp raw honey

1 cantalope melon

1 honeydew melon

1 large green salad (romaine lettuce, wild greens, cauliflower, red pepper, red onion, celery, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

1 hour running
