Nothing hits the spot like a creamy Strawberry Milkshake!! Even better– it’s healthy!!!

And.. I’m still putting coaching groups together if you are looking for support and motivation to lose the weight and get healthy. I’ve been asked if it’s only for people on raw food diet— I coach EVERYONE, coming from any diet. Yes I do believe in the importance of adding as much fresh food as possible, but its about getting you healthy, and most of all, HAPPY!!!! Raw Vegan Strawberry Milkshake

1 cup Almonds (soaked 24-48 hours– see yesterday’s video how to soak nuts & seeds)

2 Cups Spring Water

5 dates (soaked 2-8 hours)

8 large strawberries

1 banana (optional– after you make the almond strawberry milk, you can blend a banana into it, to make it extra creamy and yummy!

1- Blend water, almonds, strawberries and dates.

2- Strain through a nut milk bag

3- drink or put back into blender and add a ripe banana and blend

Super Yum!!!
