In the last 24 hours I’ve gotten a lot of requests to talk about Woman’s Health Issues like PMS, Hormone Imbalances, etc.. I have a lot of experience with this because of having PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) for 6 years and finally completely reversing it naturally. I have to say over the years I was desperate to find a natural remedy for my hormone imbalance. The amazing things is it brought me back to basics and sometimes the simplest things are constantly overlooked and are the answer to our problems.

So today I decided to update you on how my own health journey is going. As you may know from a video I did over the summer, I reversed Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) naturally with a raw food diet. I did have one symptom though that was still lingering and towards the end of the summer/early fall I was able to reverse it as well while doing a lot of Juice Fasting.

Over the past few months I have been doing a lot of Juice Fasting and hosting monthly 10-Day Juice Fasting Programs, I find it the easiest and fastest way to reverse chronic health conditions. Even just making sure to have a few cups of green juice every day makes all the difference.

Today I go a little further into the topic of food combining and I talk specifically about eating fruits and fats (nuts, seeds, oils, coconut meat, avocados, etc..). A lot of raw foodists have digestive distress from eating fruits and fats in the same meal, for example the delicious raw dessert that is made out of dried fruits and nuts– that can be a bomb in some people’s stomachs!!! But on the other end of things, adding a few nuts or seeds to a fruit meal can actually stabilize some people’s blood sugar–so what do you do?!!! Well, today I talk about the warning signs from your body that will tell you whether the fruit/fat combination works for you or no.

By listening to your body, you will have all the answers!

Today’s Food:

4 Bananas

3 cups Green Smoothie (1 box mache, papaya, mangos, blackberries, chia seeds)

4 cups Green Smoothie (1/2 bunch kale, bananas, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)

Cauliflower Salad (1 head cauliflower, parsley, onion, tomato, garlic, lemon, olive oil, celtic sea salt)

1/2 Cup Coconut Water Kefir


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

1 hour step aerobics

I have incredible news– for years I have been trying to reverse a condition I have- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. Well today I got the results of my blood tests and ultrasound, and the results are truly amazing!!!!

1/2 Canaloupe

4 Cups cherries

2 bananas

6 raw macarroons

cabbage salad (cabbage, tahini, lemon, garlic, tamari, apple cider vinegar)

tahini & honey


Today’s Exercise:

How I Transitioned To Raw Food & Reversing Acne, Depression and Receding Gums, Ep5

So how did I go raw? Well, today I talk about how I transitioned to a 100% raw vegan diet and also some of the conditions I reversed just by changing the food I was eating!! For years I suffered from acne and couldn’t find a single thing to clear it up– until I got into raw foods. In just a few weeks my skin transformed!!! Can you imagine, something as simple as that!!!

1 litre green smoothie (kale, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)

2 bananas

1/2 pint blueberries

1 Cup raspberries

2 Tbsp hemps seeds

3 Tbsp raw honey

1 cantalope melon

1 honeydew melon

1 large green salad (romaine lettuce, wild greens, cauliflower, red pepper, red onion, celery, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding

1 hour running
