I received an email yesterday asking me to talk about overeating raw foods. I loved this question because this is something that comes up quite a bit, especially when someone is transitioning into a raw food diet. Sometimes people overeat or binge on raw food because they aren’t eating enough, but other times it because they are trying to fill some sort of void with their food or they aren’t aware of the physical cues the body gives to stop eating. So today I give you tips on how to stop bingeing and overeating raw foods and what are the signs your body gives to let you know you’ve eat enough.
