So its the day after Labor Day and I know a lot of students are heading back to school, or are already back! Over the summer I received a lot of email asking me for tips on how to stay on a raw food diet while in school. So today I give some practical tips on how to make the raw food diet easier when in school and how to be prepared. Even if you aren’t a student or in school– I know you’ll benefit from watching this video. In order to be successful with anything, we have to be prepared!!
Also, I want to share this awesome video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQs–9sdTU4
Ann (who made the video) was in one of my coaching groups. She’s a student in California and is making the raw food diet work for her!!! She did a video on how she stays raw while being a student and living in a dormitory. If she can do it, anyone can (she doesn’t even have a kitchen!!) Check out the video, Ann rocks!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQs–9sdTU4
Getting started on a raw food diet can be daunting, especially when you look through raw food recipe books that list 10+ ingredients for just one dish and you have to use all sorts of equipment you have never heard of or seen before! Trust me, I’ve been there! When I first got started on a 100% raw food diet I didn’t even have a proper chef knife– but that didn’t hold me back and in fact it made the whole experience all the more fun and entertaining!!
So, on todays episode I talk all about kitchen equipment and what I believe you need when you get started on a raw food diet.
