Today I share a super yummy recipe– perfect for you and if you have children, they’ll love it!! Full of Omega 3 and antioxidants this hemp seed blueberry milkshake will fill you up and keep you energized for hours!!!
I received an email yesterday asking my why this person could never feel full after drinking a large smoothie (like 4 cups of smoothie!) compared to when this person ate cooked food and meats. This comes up a lot when people are transitioning to raw foods and no matter what they eat they don’t feel satisfied and don’t have that full feeling they get from cooked foods, or that they feel hungry again after an hour or two.
Today I give a few suggestion to help feel fuller, plus also ways to slowly transition to more raw foods and adjustments you can make to have a healthier diet.
Tonight I have the great opportunity to make some fabulous raw dessert treats for a Life Coaching Event here in Montreal. These cacao balls I make are so super yum, that I decided to share the recipe and show you how to make them!!
Enjoy and have a fabulous weekend everyone!!!
