The most common question I’m asked is ‘What do you eat?’ I’ve had friends come to my home and ask if they could sneak a peak into my refrigerator just to see what’s in there, what a raw foodist eats!! Today is about getting back to basics! I’ve been receiving a lot of questions on how to get started on the raw food diet– so today I talk about what raw foods are, how to get started, what to do if the rest of your family isn’t eating raw with you and what is to me the #1 most important food to have in your diet and how much to eat daily.

Today’s Food:

1 Cup grapes

2 Cups cherries

1/2 honeydew melon

4 bananas

1.5 heads cauliflower & guacamole (avocado, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, lemon, celtic sea salt)

1 salad (1 head romaine, sprouts, onion, tomato, red pepper, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)

1/2 Cup cashews


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
