Sprouted Buckwheat Salad

1  1/2 Cups Buckwheat (soaked and sprouted- click here to see how to soak & sprout)

1 Cup Sunflower Seeds (soaked in water 8 hours)

1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)

1/2 Cup Tomato (diced)

1/4 Cup Cilantro (chopped)

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 Lemon (juice of)

1 Tbsp Garlic (crushed)

Celtic Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste.

-Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

Tropical Green Smoothie (makes 2 cups)

2 Cups pineapple

1 mango

1/2 Cup fresh Cilantro/Coriander

1/4 lime (peel removed)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!! :)

Zucchini Noodle Miso Soup Recipe, Ep159

Zucchini Miso Soup

2 Cups warm/hot water (not boiled)

1 heaping tbsp Light Yellow Miso (Organic Non-GMO Miso)

1 Nori sheet (torn into pieces)

1 Green Onion (chopped)

1 Zucchini (spiralized into pasta with a spiral slicer)

1 Clove garlic (grated or crushed)

1/2 tsp grated fresh Ginger

10 Snow Peas (julienned)

-Prepare & Chop all vegetables

-heat water and place a small amount in bowl

-add miso to the heated water and dissolve. Add remainder of water.

-add all vegetables

-add love and happiness & enjoy right away!!

Well it’s the first week of January and the snow has definitely arrived, plus the cold!!! My juice fasting group is going strong, but some of them are feeling the winter chill. So for all of you out there, today I am showing you my favorite warming treat!! Super Yum, comforting beyond belief and perfect for snowy winter day!! The full recipe is below.

Warm & Yummy Apple Cider Recipe, Ep145

Warm Apple Cider Recipe– makes 2 Cups
5 organic Apples
1/2 tsp ground organic Cinnamon

-Juice apples
-Place apple juice in a pan and warm on the stove. (turn the stove on low, and warm the juice– do not heat at high temperature or boil!!)
-When juice is warm enough, pour into mug and stir in cinnamon!
-Enjoy with Love :)

Avocado Dip

1 Avocado

1/2 small red onion

1/3 to 1/2 Cup Cilantro / Corriandre

6 Cherry Tomatoes

1/4 lemon (juice of)

1 clove Garlic (crushed)

pinch of cayenne pepper

pinch of celtic sea salt

–Dice and chop all ingredients and mix together.

-Enjoy with chopped vegetables like Cauliflower, Broccoli, Red Bell Pepper, Celery, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, etc..
