Well, from my own personal experience of having a VERY sensitive digestive system– it makes a huge difference when I soak and sprout my nuts and seeds. Plus soaking nuts and seeds releases the enzyme inhibitors so you can more easily absorb the nutrients, and as an added bonus, some of the fats are also released as well!
